Gas pumps didn't work! My husband pumped while I went in and went to the restroom. He got a whole $3.01 in gas while I was in there. Gas was $3.09 a gallon. We went next door to pilot to finish cutting up.
Machines are not maintained, diesel leaking from hose, pump pumping air bubbles and no soap in windshield wash. Fuel slightly cheaper than nearby stations but honestly not worth it.
Uncle's us a nice friendly store..good food great workers there and helpful too!

Men's bathroom was trashed. Had to open 2 stall doors before finding one that was clean enough to even think about sitting down in. Sinks and area around looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a day or two. Computer for showers out of order. 1 of 2 washers out of order. Store was understaffed and dirty. Line to pay was about 10 people deep with only one cashier at the time. She did fine but was extremely short and you could tell she didn't want to be here. Other than those things it was ok.

This place is soooo much better than the 2 truck stops and Valero a few blocks down on I-10. Fuel is 10 cents cheaper a gallon. Store has lots of Tex Mex souvieners. Restrooms are large (multiple stalls) and clean!! This will be our new favorite stop in Van Horn!
