This place is soooo much better than the 2 truck stops and Valero a few blocks down on I-10. Fuel is 10 cents cheaper a gallon. Store has lots of Tex Mex souvieners. Restrooms are large (multiple stalls) and clean!! This will be our new favorite stop in Van Horn!
Came expecting to use my $1 off per gallon on the Chevron App. Went to pump pushed Chevron rewards button, entered phone# and inserted card. Price did not change. Explained inside and said they could do on card reader but I was never allowed to enter phone # before they charged me $3.95/gal for 25 gallons. All other stations 2.99 to 3.05 /gal
Expensive fuel - gas is @ $0.50 to 0.60 higher per gallon than stations 30 miles east on I-10 or 50 miles west. Never seem to reload receipt paper tape on pumps. Folks seem very friendly, though

Men's bathroom was trashed. Had to open 2 stall doors before finding one that was clean enough to even think about sitting down in. Sinks and area around looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a day or two. Computer for showers out of order. 1 of 2 washers out of order. Store was understaffed and dirty. Line to pay was about 10 people deep with only one cashier at the time. She did fine but was extremely short and you could tell she didn't want to be here. Other than those things it was ok.
