Kroger in Memphis (2835 Kirby Rd)

Sometimes it's hard to get a receipt from the pump.

Air does NOT WORK AND NO WAY TO GET A REFUND !!!!!!!

Attendant was readily available and nice; giving each customer a smile and a ‘Thank you’. Products were neatly displayed in their respective places. I didn’t notice any litter so I’ll say the area was clean.

High traffic area.

Very busy in a high traffic area. Typical understaffed overworked experience is what you will find here. I hope HQ invests more in its people.

It's a popular station for the location. Overcrowded many times I try to get gas.
