The staff is always very nice and courteous but no one... especially Night time employees no the first clue about the room rewards card program to none of them knew how to enter it in the computer and I can't tell you how much money I've lost because of thatof them know what day so I will reward points over or know how to even in the ca

The employees spend a lot of time on their cell phones instead of listening to customers. They have such a high turnover rate of employees it's almost like every time you go there you meet a new employee...? That doesn't know how to do either the lottery sell to Becca or use your Plenti card. It's like it's too complicated for them to understand. I wish you luck
