Buyer Beware - Self Service Car Wash purchased at the pump - If you buy more than the basic service, you may not get it. After years of going here and buying a higher service that basic, I found out that you do not get it unless you show the attendant your receipt. The code on your receipt says "Car Wash Code $15 Works ######", you pull up enter the code and only get the basic wash unless you show your receipt. How would you know to do that you ask? Well there are signs positioned where I never saw them in years (there is a psychological and physiological reason why you would not see them). I asked why the attendant did not ask for the receipt, the answer was that they are not allowed to talk to customers. When I asked about the sign location, I was told they tried different locations and the current location was the best they could do. Basically, they continue to sell the higher priced services knowing that they will not deliver on what they sold some percentage of the time.
