Fought traffic to get here only to not be able to get gas bc I was paying cash, and store was closed for 30 minutes at 9:45 am. Perhaps a 2nd associate during heavy travel times would be good, as I understand everyone does need their legal work breaks.

This arco actually no arco takes my gas buddy. Would love it if it did. Does your GasBuddy work at arco?

Customer service isn’t a thing here. The hourlys make that extremely clear.

The employees are just straight up jerks. I’ve had numerous issues simply trying to just pay for gas. Customer service is a foreign concept here. They’re all about just milking the clock and doing as little as possible in the process.
