BP in Willoughby Hills (2481 SOM CENTER RD)

People park at the pumps during peak times and take their good old time in the store, and there is no one to prevent this from happening. I sat and waited about 10 min for a pump to open on a Saturday night around 10pm, then I went over to BP to get gas instead. Around 30 min had went by since I first arrived at the Sheetz, so out of curiosity, I went back, and every single car that was parked at a pump was still there. The cops were sitting in the parking lot and they're worthless. Forget trying to come here at busy times if you need gas. Rude patrons everywhere.

Half the pumps out of service or card readers not working.

This Shell location is closed and being demolished. A complete redesign of the station is in progress, modern accessibility, with a new store building set back, new tanks, more pumps, including diesel. No more car wash. Will look similar to their SOM/Ridge station when complete.

They advertise on gas buddy what their prices are when you get there they’re not that price
