The only bad thing about this station is it is very tight to get in and out. Other than that is is great! Gas discount with the "Minit stop" card and specials on drinks and snacks.

This is a commercial fuel station inside the Kawaihae port. You need a Big Island Energy account to purchase fuel here. Individuals can get accounts but it it is a credit application and they bill you for your purchase monthly.

when you absolutely positively must get gas be glad this is within walking distance of home. I admittedly don't frequent the station a lot but time to time and glad it's here in the village. our days of being a lonely outpost in the middle of a lava field seem numbered now though. but with more volume or competition maybe prices will go down a smidge at least.
