Casey's in Higginsville (6685 Hwy 13)

Funky entrance/exit layout. Generally less busy and more clean than Pilot across the street.

this location is right off of I-70. it has about everything you could want. We have gotten pizza from here several times and it is good.

NASTY

Men’s room waste basket overflowing. Urinal barely drains when flushed. Walls dirty. Sinks are dirty with black and yellow rings in the bowls. Dirt around the faucets.
