Valero in Pampa (140 S Starkweather St)

Customer service was great but store inside and outside are below average.

The pumps for midgrade and premium are super slow. 45 min for 23 gallons. I cannot get gas here during lunch due to the time it takes to fill. Today, none of the pumps worked and they said it was due to the cold but it's 65 degrees out.
