Simon is selective with who he gives service too, and selective with who he preys on. It took my mother 4 months to get her car back! FOUR months.!!! He kept giving her the run around that her car will be fixed tomorrow and the next day and next day. Then he says he can't fix it and doesn't know what to tell her. Yet failed to put her car back in a timely manner. He told her numerous mechanics looked at it, even a toyota one. HA! yeah right. Her car had been in pieces with trash bags over it for months. It took me calling him demanding he give my mother her car back or I would report it stolen for him to actual give a crap and finally give the car back the way it was given! He said it's a problem he has never seen. This is a basic Toyota mind you. Needless to say we finally got it back and brought it to a professional mechanic instead and was fixed in one day. It was a simple ignition switch fix. The dealer said wires were cut and pig-tailed. This kind of job is awful! He had no idea
