They tell you you must use your physical Tops card to use Gas Points but I signed up on the app so never had a physical card. To get a physical card I have to go in store and apply for a new one which wipes out points already earned. Some attendants will allow me to use my phone by typing in the number but some refuse or can't figure it out. Why offer a program you can sign up and earn on the app but not allow the app at the pump?

The water to wash the windshield was the dirtiest I’ve seen. Could not use it! And our windshield needed a major clean. Won’t return here again!
