Shell in Phoenix (315 W Bell Rd)

The guy running it is absolutely the best! This station doesn't get a fair shake being set back so far from the road, but it's super clean and the customer service can't be beat.

The convenience store is excellent. I never wait, the cashier is always friendly and does the transaction with the customer and time involved.

They took two security holds on my debit account, one for $76.00 and another for $90.00 totalling $166.00 for a $15.00 gas purchase! Ridiculous! it has been five days, payment posted and they have only released the $76.00 dollar hold... still holding on to my $90.00 for no reason at all! Avoid station at all costs!
