Diesel pump is way to slow, 3 gallons in 10 minutes

I try to avoid stations that don’t have a tap to pay or app based pump start option (due to scammers installing credit card skimmers) and unfortunately the tap to pay (Apple Pay) didn’t work at the pump.

Seems to have low gas prices most of the time.
