Sunoco in Portsmouth (3300 Victory Blvd)

Very shady and dishonest. Card reader on pumps not working. Ran card twice inside to prepay 70. Was told card declined both times only to be called by bank because both had went thru and looked suspicious with both charges. STAY AWAY

Very bad part of town low life's coming up asking for money or cigarettes drugs

It’s at an odd spot but that’s okay. Lots of others to choose from before getting to this one.
