The girl there didn't know how to give a refund back to my debit card I had to stand there for 30 minutes the manager wasn't there

The lady cashier was really rude and act like I was bothering her from talking to her friend when I needed to check out, and the receipt printer is broken so I am literally drove to this station for a deal on the apps that I can get redeem because They couldn’t print my receipt
