A new Irving station just opened last week less than half a mile north of this Irving station. Will be interested to see if the competition will affect the gas prices. The new station has a Common Man market with much better selections and better food than offered at any of the other markets affiliated with the three other Irving stations along the 5-mile stretch from Portsmouth to North Hampton.
The pumps would not accept my Gas Buddy card: they gave an error message saying “bank not recognized.”

With the recent opening of this Irving station, there are now four Irvings along the 5-mile stretch on Lafayette Road from Portsmouth to North Hampton. This one has a Common Man market with much bigger and better offerings than the Circle K or Rusty Lantern markets.  There’s even a fireplace and comfortable chairs where you can sit and drink your coffee or eat.
