be able to approve pump to fill up on shell credit card.. number pad at pump 1 does not work to put in zipcode to Authorize transaction. ascendant want to recharge card for amount of fill up, which would require me to return to cashier to credit card if tank did not take total $ worth.
They said I would get my Shell Rewards discount. I entered the code correctly. Inside it said the correct amount of the discount. But, when I filled up the discount was NOT given. I will NEVER go there again. Fortunately Shell fixed things back. But I still missed out on the discount today.
