Yes, they are often "closed" but that's because they're family-owned and don't expect staffers to work nights or weekends. That's not something one should disparage them for! The reason this is my go-to station is that it's the only one I know of that'll come out and pump gas for you. I am HANDICAPPED due to a traffic accident, and that's worth a lot. They also spent a lot of time once adjusting my tire pressures, free. There are scads of other stations open all hours, with lethargic attendants who won't do anything except run the cash registers.
