Chevron in Garden Grove (13321 Harbor Blvd)

Customer service is awful Girl's are rude and they don't let you use bathroom by saying it's out of service. After spending $78 dls in gas .

Customer service is always great here and during the morning rush they get people out the door very quickly.

Pricing is deceptive on biggest sign. Have to use Checron card to get better prices.

The whole atmosphere and the customer service was great from the beginning,the place is well lit and I would definitely come back.

This Chevron station has an AWFUL management. I am member of Chevron rewards, but their machine to input my phone number was not working. The guy that was attending me was Edgar. Edgar was not helpful and was cursing making it look like I was stupid. He snatched the machine, and was continuing to curse. After he could not get it to work, I asked him for my money back and he THREW it on the counter. I asked for his name and for the manager, but he just ignored me. I went back a couple of days later and asked for the manger. After telling the workers my experience, they supposedly said that Edgar is the manager. The workers told me NOT to write a bad review because it would affect them. UNBELIEVABLE. **If Edgar is the manager, please replace him. His attitude is doing harm to this locations business.
