Convenience is a huge Factor when choosing a gas station. If you agree with this statement, and this gas station will be a great fit for you.
Single island with pump. Homeless folks hang around the area so be wary of your possessions.
Big 711 store. With one pump, it does not take too many cars to cause que for gas. Should consider replacing the pump. Would also be nice if they would turn on the lights once it gets dark.

This is a great location. However, the prices are a little high. However, to be fair, shell gas stations are usually a bit more expensive than comparable stations.
