Costco in Woodland (2299 Bronze Star Dr)

My favorite place to buy gas in woodland. The lines aren't long at this costco like most. They are very clean. There are not panhandlers like most of woodland gas stations.

Why does this Costco charge more for gas than other Costco stations close by? Did someone sign a bad contract?
