Shell in Rockwall (715 W Rusk St)

I love this shell because they have everything I need and right by my work

Slid my card at the pump and was told that the network was down. Went inside to pay where I was informed that I could pay inside but would have to run it as credit only because network was down for debit. i had to tell her twice I would like to use my rewards and when I asked what the price would be for debit card run as credit she could not guarantee me that the advertised 1.99 price for credit or debit is what I would pay. And I'm sorry I am not about to run my debit card as a credit card for an unknown amount of money per gallon of gas. The most ridiculous exchange I have ever had at a gas station. Went to a different gas station
