Usually has the cheapest prices around.
The price at this Murphy is typically higher than at the one on the westside of Norman. Additionally, they don't ever seem to put out fresh windshield wash and the squeegees are old and need to be replaced. The clerks seem to be a bit lazy when it comes to keeping the materials for cleaning the windshield, it appears to be just a job to them rather than showing some pride in their work.
This is the first gas station I have seen below $4 a gallon of gas in months! Plenty of pumps, so we did not have to wait to pump.
Clean and cheap new Murphy, enter on Main St it's way easier
All quick & easy!!
As of July 2024, station has been closed for a few months for renovation, which is taking a long time. Some weekdays no work at all is being done. Not sure why Wal-Mart is slow-walking this so much…
Always friendly service.
Okay station. Everything is pretty cramped.
Excellent service
Lowest price gas and convenient to Walmart
No diesel either
One of the newer 7-11s in the area, with a pretty good taco/burrito shop inside. The setup for that is weird but efficient once you get used to it: order the food at the counter for the restaurant, get your drink from the Big Gulp or Slurpee selection nearby, candy or cookies for dessert from the convenience store too, if desire be, then pay at the 7-11 counter. The taco place wraps the food so it stays hot a long time, and you can eat it at a small, pump-facing bar counter there or take it with you. Station itself still much the same as my last review. Sometimes attendants are nice, other times inattentive, ambivalent or phone-distracted; it varies.
normaly the best price for 91 octane w/o ethanol in Norman
Terrible lighting. As a woman, I don't feel safe filling up here at night alone. Go to Homeland across the street.
