This is an Exxon station with a 7-11. All that you find at a 7-11 is here

it's a little sketchy looking but good service

It is a 7 11 with Exxon Gas. No bathrooms, hotdogs and junk food. Sodas and beer. Slurped and coffee. It is just what you would expect. Nothing great.

Gotta ask for a key to use the bathroom, OUT BACK!
