There are 4 pumps down at the station leaving 8 left to use. In one instance an employee made a mistake with the electricity for the whole station and all pumps were down. I left before they came back up but it for sure took longer than 10 minutes for them to restart. Despite this, when they are up they work fine. If you have a Kamaaina card and come on the weekend you get -0.15 off per gallon. To get a card just ask the cashier for it then you have to register it online. After that's all done you need to swipe it in the pump before you swipe your card. Again this discount is only on weekends and is for a limited time. This gas station gives the discount - not all 76 stations give it.
