Always stop in but not just for gas, good halfway point to stretch your legs. They have great sandwiches and breakfast burritos, but also lots of fun souvenirs. Great service, always clean. Have never seen questionable activity here.
Used be called Fresh Pond. Great place to stretch your legs. I got a photo of my great grandmother swimming here in the early 1900's!
Good pit stop in the way to Tahoe. Dog walking area, good store and very good beer selection.
Going to Tahoe or leaving Tahoe, this is a great stop if you have an RV. Plenty of room to pull in either way.
