This station is using a version of Shell software that is different from all other Shell stations I’ve visited. Although it allows you to select Shell Rewards, it does not offer to let you use your Alternate Rewards Id to apply your Shell Rewards so you end up having to pay full price. I was offered a lame excuse that they have “been trying to fix this.” I ended up cancelling the transaction and went to another nearby station instead. It’s the second time in a month that this has happened so pay attention to the pump screen selections if you decide to gas up here.
Gas was 4.29, not 3.79 as the sign said. Manager refused to correct pump price and was extremely rude to me and blamed her staff.

I get gas here almost every time I need it. they usually have the best gas price. They have a good selection of food and drinks as well.
