Exxon in Cross Plains (109 E 4th St)

I have worked for theses 2 gentlemen since the middle of December, I have no complaints. They r trying to get the stores up to date, and running properly. Some employees just didn't want to give them a chance which was there lose when they quit. But I can assure you they have been nothing but honest , upfront and professional from the beginning. My thought is that when the good Lord closes one door he opens another, and he has done this for me when these 2 guys bought the food plaza stores.

Location pin is inaccurate. Keep an eye open, and it's easy to locate. Restrooms are modest, but kept clean. Nothing fancy. Exterior leaves something to be desired (esp. parking lot) but inside is nice.

Horrible customer service! Out of 4 employees, working at a FUEL station, none knew what octane was, and didn't know they had more than 2 choices of fuel. One actually walked out to the pump while on the phone, and "didn't see any numbers" when asked if they have 93 octane. Another employee only looked outside and told me the regular unleaded price, and diesel price, then put me on hold, then deliberately hung up while I had 4 bars of LTE service. SMH. Are they just poorly trained? Or really stupid?! SMH.

Great and Friendly Staff, gizzards are good also, fuel islands are clean. Inside was clean also

The store has a new manager Tiffany that is doing a wonderful job. Great customer service with the girls here. Clean store alot of new item that I liked and the tiffany went out of her way to make my family welcomed.Enjoyed the atmosphere at this place one of my favorite places to stop now. Keep up the good work.

I have nothing bad to say about the new owners.They are great people to work for they have taught me alot and are not afraid to jump in and lend a hand in any situation. Also have updated and allowed new products to be in the store. Good place to stop for anything, with alittle small town hospitality.

I work for the company in another one of their locations. I have not had ANY problems with the new owners. They have been nothing but nice and helpful. I have never worked for a company where the owners worked beside you instead of telling you what to do for them. I am completely happy with the new ownership. One bad opinion from one disgruntled employee/ex employee should not deter others from making their own opinion.

I work at the food plaza in Brown wood tx. We have the same new owners. They are very kind and are doing everything to make our stores better. I have never seen or heard them say anything rude to anyone.They are always here to help and if you see them at a store they will be the ones working just right beside us.
