Chevron in Ventura (3477 Telegraph Rd)

The pump card system is messed up. You go inside and the guy barely speaks English. He can't just preauthorize your card. He has to charge an amount and give you change...too complicated their systems need to work as expected. I left without buying gas in frustration.

Often have items out of stock in convenience store. Don't have proper sizes of Extra Mile promotion or redemption items. Also employees are not so friendly.

Best e85 gas station in 805. No long lines. Pull up and fill up

Access is a nightmare

Easy access in and out. Customer service is lacking.

This station has got to be the worst CHEVRON in all of Ventura County- every time I stop by the door is closed with a be back in 20 mins sigh. This means that I cannot pay inside with CASH but Instead have to pay at the pump with credit card (only a card reader on the pumps). The difference ranges from 20-30 cents on the dollar: is this price gouging- with NO OPTION TO PAY CASH. “Premium” Must not be the correct mixture— car (twin turbos) Drives horrible Every time!!!

The windshield wiper soap was empty and the squeegee was missing. One other pump had a squeegee and a few inches of dirty water in it - this did not produce any suds on the window.
