Phillips 66 in Bartlesville (400 SE Adams Blvd)

The business has Kickback and employees have not regularly let customers know that it's available there. I never even knew it existed until I saw a small stack of cards by the register. There was no marketing showing it anywhere as I know beforehand because I used to work at a place that had Kickback. It was part of our routine to ask customers for their Kickback. I had to call KB services and was lucky to talk to a woman thst helped me put points on mine and my other family member's card. I almost lost out on several hundreds of dollars worth gasoline for KB. They are usually very nice crew, just not completely in tune. Coca-Colas local vending is a joke and their shelves show the lack in supply just like when I worked at another local c-store. My drink is not available anytime I go there. Overall 3/5. I wished it was better.
