Exxon in Socastee (5010 Socastee Blvd)

This is definitely one of those locations that you'll go out of your way to get to it, passing several other C-STORE locations just to get to where the great service & selection is!

This day & age competition is huge, you've got to be on your game to stand out and make people want to pass another C-STORE to get to yours; this one just doesn't do it. it's a busy store, so I'll cut them some slack; but can't let them off the hook. They're staff staffed nicely, but they're not talented, skilled or service-minded employees. They're slow as molasses too, no real desire to move on & get to the next customer. Not only that, they're not motivated; it's always dirty & messy, too much so for a C-STORE as well staffed as this one is. Trust me, it's not hard to find a cleaner store with fewer employees 😡

They have no diesel pump. So why does it show a price on their sight !!!!

This gestation never has the right gas price. It states 2.99 and is definitely incorrect. I made the mistake once before. buyers beware of this gas station scamming people!

A lot of work has been done here and the new pumps and lights look great! The new owner and his father that work there are super friendly, they have crickets, worms, lures, poles and ethanol free fuel. We needed a good local place like this I'm so glad they are open again!
