BP in Apopka (2115 S ORANGE BLOSSOM TRL)

My 13 year old twins went into the store to purchase a $0.99 2 liter soda and a bag a sour patch kids. When they went up to the counter, Rachael, the sales clerk asked them, "Is that it? Are you sure you didn't take anything, are you sure you don't have anything in your pants?" I AM OUTRAGED!! 1. They did not steal anything as insinuated. They paid for their items with allowance money that they earned from doing chores at home. 2. They are both honor roll students without any psychological issues that would cause them to steal or shoplift. 3. The clerk, Rachael did not ask any other customers those same questions and when I asked for the name of her supervisor, she refused to provide that information to me. Again, I am OUTRAGED. I, nor any of my family members will return to this store!!!

Half the pumps don’t work, don’t take reward accounts, and you can’t use the bathroom. Go elsewhere.

Not friendly at all, rude employees who just take care of u and send u on your way.
