Shell in Lindsay (17 Lindsay St S)

I have complained to Shell Canada as this station is always more $$ than the local competitors ie Canadian Tire, Esso, & Ultramar. Have told newest owners but they don't care & are greedy so it's always 1 c higher!

They play price game. They go up in fuel prices in morning and go down at evenings.

Located in a sketchy area of Lindsay.... Wouldn't want to go there at night. Staff are always friendly... Pumps could be upgraded

This station is ok, though it is a a spot frequented by drug addicts and unfavorable people. Not a great station to go to at night.

In the last year, I probably saw the brown tissue paper just once. Being in a bad neighbourhood, I know many of us skip it. And their prices don't make it attractive either. So high prices (compared to the Esso on the other side) + bad neighbourhood + less keep up makes it easy for me to decide not to go there.

Bad lights at night

The old bat at the counter was so ignorant that I decided to NOT fill my tank and not to get any gas at all . I’d rather walk on hot coals

First gas station I have ever reviewed out thousands in my lifetime. TL;DR - Bad service, you also must pre-pay for gas. No pump then walk in. Full review below. Will not let you pump then go in time pay. Must pre-pay for gas first. The pump doesn't lock you out however so you can pick up the nozzle, pick your fuel then stand there waiting for 2 minutes while the screen states "authorizing please wait" till finally just before you are about to leave an attendant finally radios to say you need to pre-pay for gas first. How idiotic. A genuinely crap experience.
