Gas station at a grocery store. Clean bathrooms and all the snacks you could ever want.
We love getting saving for fuel and every time we shop with the grocery store we get a savings towards fuel. The fuel area has been updated and refurbished and looks awesome.
Nice new pumps, but the diesel flow rate was painfully slow. Was about 1.5 gallons per minute. Price was substantially lower than everyone else though, but maybe that's a reason why it was cheap. It was also after hours so that could be another possible reason for the slower dispensing.

Travel trailer friendly. Plenty of room in the parking lot to maneuver. Easy access to outside pumps. Bathrooms are old, but fairly clean.
