BP in Mattoon (100 MILLER RD)

Waited for 10 minutes for two employees to show up at the cash register. Looks like if they were going to take a break they could time it better so they was ast least one employee at the register at all times. They did apologize for the inconvenience but there were 6 customers waiting on them. Good way for customers to walk off without paying.

After you start filling with diesel, up I might notice pump handles says its NOT BP product. Yet they charge top dollar.

Always higher prices, usually tape is empty at pump if you use credit card, not a good station at all, in my opinion!

big waste of time trying to buy DEF.

No regular gas...looks like they only have diesel. What a waste of time!

Has gone downhill over the last few months. Service is terrible and products are half expired if not already molding. Was going to try the chicken but nobody was wearing gloves or hair nets. disgusting.

daytime the customer service is better because there are more employees, there's only 1 sometimes 2 employees on night shift. So you might have to wait for a second for the employee to come up to the register if they are doing something but they are usually really friendly.
