This is a scam. Posted rates on Gas buddy for diesel are 4.79 with an additional available gas buddy discount. They started filling and I saw the price on the pump as $6.49. I passed several $5.79 /gal stations to come here. Instead of saving $1.50 a gallon I paid $1.50 more.
I clearly asked the attendant twice to fill but not to top up or overfill the tank. After filling tank, he proceeded to add more and ignored my pleas to stop. When I got out of my car to take the pump handle, he pushed me away and overfilled the tank more than a half gallon until fuel started to overflow out of the filler neck. This attendant's actions cost me $257 in repairs to the charcoal canister and evaporative system.
