on esso gas pump on 34 ave 33 street Edmonton around 730 at pump number 7 i went for fuel for my car. i select worth of $10 gas. pump 's nozzle was super dry. still i pick the pump nozzle to fill up the gas. and pump was not working i did n't feel the fuel movement in the pipe . even number of meter was stop, runs then it stops on amount $ 9.63. pump was still on but no oil. then i put it back to the gas pump station. i start my car to check the cruising range . it was the same cruise range number 39 . That did't went up. receipt was also not printed. i go to see the cashiers for receipt. because i know there was problem in the pump. i tried to explain them my car has same cursing range. that means i did't get the fuel. staff said they can't help me . then i talked with the manage over the phone that i requested to the 2 cashiers.. she was super rude, unprofessional for $9.63. she has 0 customer service skill. she said she can't give me money back or gas of worth$9.63. i n
