Next to a shady motel so a lot of randoms lurking around. The store itself is usually pretty clean and stocked and the cashier is always nice.
Location is not so great as far as the homeless and other shady characters. Otherwise the store is kept and there's a good selection of products.

It's a dirty little station with the best gas prices in town . I have never had to go bad enough to even ask about let alone venture into their restrooms !

The food at this location is the worst I've had. The coffee is always old and watered down. not to mention the coffee station is unsanitary. It also seems like they are always out of common things. The worst thing about this store is that they often refuse to honor valid coupons and advertised deals. Certainly, they are aware of the fact that using the 7 11 name means honoring 7 11 deals.
