Station has closed

This station is closed and clearly has been for a very long time. Why is this even an option? I have pictures of the location I can submit. The pumps are cautioned off, the building is abandoned and the gas says 1.45, gas hasn't been that cheap here since before Covid. How are people reporting prices for this place?
