Alon in Odessa (8700 Andrews Hwy)

Dirty, needs mopping and dusting. Dark lighting. I wouldn’t recommend using the restrooms. Very nasty. The customer service is nonexistent, guy just looked at me. Didn’t say a word. I had 5 items and didn’t ask if I needed a bag. I requested a bag and he handed me a bag and leaned against the counter while I bagged my items. Again no thanks come back or anything. Just leaning against the counter. Terrible

They had one price on the sign and a higher price on the pump.

updated the pumps and the outside of the store looks great. small place so 10 cars and its packed.

not sure what others saw when they came to this location but the shelves were stocked, workers were friendly and the manager even carried my water out to my car. I do a lot of driving and this store is in the top 10. the only draw back is that they seem to run out of gas once a week. but judging by the amount of customers getting gas, it's no wonder.

This location is one of my last choices if I need gas, restroom access, or snacks. Customer service lacks and they seem to never have enough staff. Gas is usually on the higher side. It can be difficult to access depending on which direction you are heading in from.

If you have to stop.. not too bad here.

The pumps are more leaky than most stations.
