BP in Ames (2720 E 13th St)

this place is great !!! always cheap fuel prices and always have fresh coffee and roller grill items available whenever i pass through. The egg rolls are the greatest !!!! friendliest customer service ever

Multiple pumps out of order. Plus pumps all off with black duct tape covering old hand pump holders. Window wash fluid smelled horrible. Adjoined to Arby's within shared bathrooms. Restrooms were filthy with no paper towels.

Half of the pumps didn't work and had a difficult time paying at the pump with my credit card. Cashier was very helpful but had to pay inside. Not a big deal, more of a minor annoyance.

pumps don't give receipts. not a problem because won't read your card

absolutely phenomenal fuel station. great customer service and always have what I need from hot roller food to a cell phone charger to on the road trucking supplies

Stopped at 10 pm leaving Ames. Over 1/2 of the canopy lights were out in fueling area. 1/3 of the parking lights out and very dark at the entrance to store. Several pumps not working. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Looks like a nice building but obviously management doesn't care. Will never stop again.
