My go to gas station. Simple quick and great customer service.

The guy at the counter (I was told it was the owner) was too busy messing with a package behind the counter to ring up my purchase. He looked right at me when I stepped up to the register, then turned his back and proceeded to dig through a box for more than a minute while I stood there and watched and waited. Then, when he finally did help me, he didn't speak a word when I asked how he was doing and requested my receipt. I've heard he's a real jerk, but now that I've experienced it first hand, I completely agree. The store is always dirty and surrounded by shady and homeless people. And the gas prices are too high, especially since the fuel that they sell isn't even Top Tier. Many Top Tier stations in the nearby area are consistently ten or more cents a gallon cheaper, and provide a cleaner and safer atmosphere and good customer service. Also, this guy owns the other 7-Eleven at Loop 288 & McKinney, where he prices gas a penny cheaper, and that store is pretty crummy too.

Card readers at the pumps don’t work. If I have to come inside to buy gas, it’s a waste of time
