Customer service needs a reality check. I get people have bad days, but seriously. You're in a business where you're intended to know the ins and outs of your job. Get real, and lose the attitude. Looking at you Terry.
If I go to a 7-Eleven in the Hat, it's this one. Needs work but there is a daytime shift lady whom is my fav employee and really is the only reason why I go to this 7-Eleven at all.
