Never has paper for receipts at the pump. Sigh...

Older pumps make using BP rewards cumbersome.

Upon arrival only the outside, closest to the road were open (not blocked off), then only one of the two pumps actually accepted the credit card. Next time I came, same thing, but the only working pump had no screen to tell you what was going on ! I had to be walked through by the owner and it still would not work. On fumes I left and barely made it up the road to another station... for cripes sake fix your pumps ! The place is more of a repair shop than a gas station. I used this same place several years ago and it was much better... it must be a new owner milking the place for maximum profit.

Didn't get the discount because the pumps don't have the keypad to enter the driver ID.

Barely ok- squeegee bins contained no water (all 4 were empty).

OMG when I was pumping some of the fuel was leaking out and not going into the car. Really upsetting this was Pump 6 and also I wanted a pro red receipt. It said it was printing and never came out. I looked at compartment and the whole opening came apart. It was out of paper looks like they don't ever refill it. These are some really old sketchy pumps.
