Stayed overnite here on 09/09-09/10/20. this Pilot T/S fills up rapidly in the late afternoon just about every day, so I was very fortunate to get a parking spot at about 4:00 pm. Had a shower in room number one and everything was clean and nice except Unfortunately they seem to have the hot water heaters turned down quite a bit so the water never got past warm. Ironically the standard canned Pilot message over the intercom always talks about stopping and getting a nice hot shower. No not!! :( This is an extremely convenient T/S along I-5 because it's in the Portland - Olympia - Seattle/Tacoma corridor and there are not that many truck stops or places to stay on I-5 in this particular area relative to the heavy truck and RV traffic. If you can get stopped early in the day and are fortunate enough to find a parking spot, it's a good stop. Pilot / FlyingJ stores always have terrific bean to cup coffee machines and I love their Hawaiian Kona blend or their Colombian or even for a strong

They need to look into changing the Entry/Exit of vehicles. Semi trucks and cars alike trying to pull in and out, but it's just not wide enough to accommodate all the traffic. The big rigs clog everything up and the turn lane backs up out on the street. There needs to be a separate entrance to the semi parking in the back.

Limited parking for trucks. Long delays on fuel islands at times. Tough to get in & out of since it's located on a very busy highway.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and there is a large variety of items to shop for inside, including great prices on DVDs and CDs. They work hard to keep the place clean and welcoming. Clean showering facilities and other services available for truckers and travelers.

stopped here with my family to get a bite to eat Carl's Jr was delicious it was part of the pilot and wow what a selection the store has.

can get crazy dangerous getting around when they're busy
