This is not a good neighborhood, BUT the Windcrest police are often in their vehicles here.
I stop here frequently because it is convenient. The store is clean and the employees are friendly.
This Valero and several Valero's nearby jack up gas prices about 50 cents nearly every Monday. If competing stations don't play along, the prices drift back down over the week. I am surprised the news media has not done an investigation. I have learned to fill up before Monday.
It's in a bad neighborhood by druggies hotels and homeless people all over hanging out
