BJ's Gas in Leominster (115 Erdman Way)

it would help if staff would insist customers follow rules which direction to enter or exit the pumps. it would help if pumps were repaired sooner. always seems like pumps are not working at least one if not more is broken!!!!

In NYC, Costco has attendants outside directing you to available pumps. At this BJS in Leominster, The pumps have long hoses to reach either side of your car but people do not want to pull that hose all the way to the opposite side of their vehicle, so they would rather sit in line until they can see which prom is available. When the line is long, they cannot see which pump is available for their side of vehicle. This delays the line. If they had one person outside to help people find an available pump that would keep the line moving much better. Not rocket science.
