BP in Cornell (425 S 3rd St)

Easy access for pumps. I pay at pump, so didn't go in.

This is not BP. It's Cornell Express gas station!!!

Always been terrible customer service but last time takes the cake.. im 26 my friend is 30 with tats we tried buying alcohol so she i.d me and asked for hers but my friend left hers at my place because we didnt think she needed it. So cashier said go get i.d and come back so we did. After we came back the cashier refused to i.d her and yelled in front of customers saying she will call the cops if we dont leave.. we tried talking to manager but apparently they dont care about customer service. Never had such a terrible experience in any business ever in my life.

The gas didn't stop pumping and overflowed while I was filling up and got all over my car and I. I went in to ask for anything to wipe it off, as the washing station was completely empty. She handed me a single tissue and was very rude. I'm extremely unhappy with my visit, I do not suggest stopping here unless it's an emergency. If you do, do not use pump 1 mid grade.

if your just stopping for gas a good place doesn't seem very friendly

You cannot enter your Loyalty ID at the pump. When I inquired why it wasn't working, all I got for a response was 'It was working' or 'It should be'.
