All pumps say system down can’t get gas without going inside maybe not even than. We did not get their gas went on to next station

we fill up here at least twice a month going up and coming back...BATHROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLOSED..employee always says we just put down chemicals..we like exxon gas but this station is a pain because we have to go elsewhere to pee...not once but every single time..really aggravating..i think employees do it so they dont have to clean it later...
